Recipe for AEROPRESS

COFFEE: 15g
WATER: 2oog

  1. Heats water to 85ºC;
  2. Put the filter in the filter holder and wet it;
  3. Moi 15g of coffee - medium-fine grind (identical to fine salt);
  4. Discard the water used to wet the filter and place the filter holder in the body of the AeroPress;
  5. Place a server under the AeroPress body;
  6. Place the ground coffee in the filter, level the coffee bed slightly with a gentle touch, and pour 200g of water into the body of the AeroPress;
  7. Insert the plunger, trying not to press down so that the water doesn't pass through the coffee;
  8. After 2′, press gently for 45″ so that the water passes through the coffee;
  9. When you hear a "sssssss" at the end of pressing, stop. This end usually brings less interesting flavors to the drink.

PRO TIP: The trick with the aeropress is to press gently. The harder you press, the less balanced the drink will be.
