Iced caramel latte

Base recipe for use in other preparations

Recipe for coffee syrup

INGREDIENTS

  • 25ml caramel syrup, plus extra to put on top
  • 4 ice cubes
  • 40ml espresso
  • 180ml milk or vegetable drink (barista edition not required)

PREPARATION

  1. Pour the caramel syrup into a 250/300ml glass;
  2. Add ice to the top of the glass and then the espresso;
  3. Pour milk into the glass almost to the top. If you prefer, you can use a shaker and mix all the ingredients together before pouring them into the glass;
  4. Decorate with caramel syrup.
