Workshops in Portuguese and English

What is

A team experience nobody forgets

Our team-building workshops turn coffee into a pretext for creating genuine connections among colleagues. These are practical, relaxed, and educational sessions led by baristas with years of experience—who are as professional as they are pedagogical.

From the science behind a perfect extraction to the immediate pleasure of creating a heart in milk foam: each workshop is a journey into the world of specialty coffee that blends learning, healthy competition, and shared moments.

Suitable for companies of any size. We hold them at your company, in a rented space, or at a location of your choice — in Lisbon, Porto, or anywhere in the country.

Types of workshops

Choose the right experience for your team

Filter Coffee Workshop

Up to 50 participants

Discover the world of filter coffee with an interactive and educational workshop. The team learns to prepare coffee using methods like V60, AeroPress, and French Press, exploring how water temperature, grind size, and extraction time influence the final taste.

Ideal format for larger groups, with stations distributed throughout the room to encourage interaction and comparison of results

Espresso Workshop

Up to 20 participants

The team discovers what makes an espresso truly extraordinary. Learn how to calibrate the grind, adjust the dose, and control the extraction time on espresso machines—the same variables a professional barista masters daily.

Practical and more personalized format, with individual attention from each participant to the machine.

Latte Art Workshop

Up to 20 participants

The most popular team-building workshop: each participant learns to steam milk and draw shapes on their cappuccino. The heart, tulip, and rosetta are the patterns the team will try to master – with plenty of healthy competition and laughs along the way.

Combines technique, creativity, and fun. Perfect for creating memorable photographic moments.

Sensory Analysis and Cupping

Groups of any size

A coffee masterclass that educates the palate. The team learns the basics of specialty coffee, different brewing methods, and how to evaluate coffee using professional cupping techniques – identifying aroma, acidity, and body. Then, we put the learning to the test with a challenge.

The most educational and differentiating format. Ideal for teams that appreciate in-depth experiences and friendly competition.

Coffee and Chocolate Workshop

Groups of any size

In partnership with The Cocoa Club We developed a workshop that brings together two worlds that are so close and complementary - chocolate and coffee.

An educational moment about the production of these two products, followed by a unique tasting of bean-to-bar chocolate and specialty coffee.

Perfect for large teams with diverse interests.

Frequently Asked Questions

Everything you need to know

Where are the team building workshops held?

We conduct workshops in Lisbon, Porto, and anywhere in mainland Portugal.

We can come to your company, a ballroom, a co-working space, or any venue of your choice.

Are the workshops available in English?

Yes. All team building formats are available in Portuguese and English, with the same quality and fluency. Our baristas have proven experience with international groups and multicultural teams.

How many participants can the workshop have?

It depends on the format: the filter coffee workshop is suitable for groups of up to 50 participants. The espresso and latte art workshops work best with up to 20 people to ensure a hands-on and personalized experience. For larger groups, we suggest the sensory analysis and coffee and chocolate workshops, which can be adapted to that dynamic.

How long does a workshop last?

The standard duration of each workshop is between 1.5 and 2.5 hours, depending on the format and the number of participants. It is possible to combine two or more formats for a longer session or design a shorter workshop, depending on the group's needs.

What do we need to provide on our end?

Practically nothing - we'll bring all the equipment, coffee, and disposable materials. From your side, we just need accessible electrical outlets, suitable work tables, and space for the participants. If you have running water available, that's great, but it's not mandatory.

How can I request a quote?

Fill out the form on this page with the date, number of participants, and the type of workshop you prefer. We will respond within 24 business hours with a personalized, no-obligation proposal.
