Recipe for Gingerbread Cappuccino

INGREDIENTS

 

To serve:

  • Whipped cream
  • Ginger cookies, crushed

PREPARATION

  1. Put the powdered ginger, cinnamon, nutmeg, sugar and vanilla in a 300ml cup or glass;
  2. Add espresso and mix the ingredients until they form a paste (if necessary add a little hot water to dissolve better)
  3. Then steam the milk or vegetable drink as explained here.
  4. Pour the steamed and heated milk into the cup;
  5. Decorate with whipped cream and sprinkle with ginger and/or cinnamon powder. Add some crushed ginger cookies on top if you want to intensify the ginger flavor.
