Temperature: 93º
Ideal mineralization: 60–90 ppm (softer water favors floral notes).

  1. Rinse the paper filter in the V60
  2. . Place the coffee in the V60 and level it gently.
  3. pour 45 g of water.
  4. 0:40 – stir until it reaches 155 g, in small, regular circles.
  5. 1:25 – heat up to 300 g, maintaining a constant and controlled flow.
  6. Let it drain naturally.

PRO TIP: If you want to increase the body of the drink, reduce the amount of water from 300g to 250g.
