  1. Enxagua o filtro de papel na V60
  2. . Coloca o café no V60 e nivela suavemente.
  3. verte 45 g de água.
  4. 0:40 – verte até 155 g, em círculos pequenos e regulares.
  5. 1:25 – verte até 300 g, mantendo fluxo constante e controlado.
  6. Deixa escorrer naturalmente.

PRO TIP: Se quiseres aumentar o corpo da bebida, diminui a quantidade de água de 300g para 250g.
