AEROPRESS

Coffee: 20 g
Água:250 g +

Gelo: 50 g

Grinding
Coarse salt (slightly smaller than kosher salt)

Water
Temperatura: 90 ºC

  1. Place the filter in the Aeropress filter holder and wet it. 
  2. Place the filter holder on the Aeropress body and place it over a server.
  3. Place the coffee in the body and level it. 
  4. Colocar, de forma gentil, a agua de forma a cobrir todo o café e, logo de seguida, colocar o embolo no topo para criar vacuo.
  5. No final de 2 min pressionar o embolo gentilmente durante 1m sem chegar a tocar no café.
  6. Antes de adicionar o gelo, coloca o café em um servidor mais frio para o gelo não derreter rapidamente. 

PRO TIP: A ideia é fazer um concentrado de café e depois diluir com gelo. Podes fazer pequenos ajustes para acertar o teu gosto pessoal – Mais gelo vai diluir a intensidade, menos gelo tornará a bebida mais forte.
