About coffee

Source: El Salvador, Ataco
Farm: Villa Galicia
Process:
Natural
Altitude: 1550m
Variety: Bourbon, Marsellesa
Toaster: Senzu Coffee Roasters

Cold Brew

COFFEE: 40g
WATER: 500g

  1. Grind 40g of coffee - coarse grind (like coarse salt);
  2. Pour the coffee into a container, such as a French press or a jug;
  3. Add 500g of water and stir so that all the coffee is wet;
  4. Put the mixture in the fridge for 12 hours;
  5. Strain the coffee gently to remove the grounds. If you use a French press, you can use the mesh as a filter, but we advise you to always remove the grounds so that the extraction doesn't continue.

PRO TIP: If you want a smoother texture, strain the drink twice. If the preparation is too intense, you can dilute it with water.
