Third Wave Water Dark Roast Profile's mineral sticks were created to bring balance to the extraction, soften the bitterness and enhance the caramelized sweetness typical of this type of roast.

With a precise combination of minerals, this profile creates water with the ideal chemical stability to extract full-bodied coffees, revealing depth without aggression. Works in both automatic methods and your favorite manual equipment - AeroPress, Chemex, V60,, French Press or filter machine.

• Magnesium sulphate

• 20 sticks for 2 L each - for home use

How to use

1. Fill the container with purified water (ZeroWater, (distilled or RO)
2. Add a stick at the right volume
3. Shake for a few seconds
4. Prepare coffee using the method you prefer

The result is a more balanced, intense and tasty cup, without the excess bitterness that often accompanies dark roasts.

Why does it work so well?
