Recipe for French press

COFFEE 20g
WATER 300g

  1. Finely grind 20g of coffee;
  2. Heats the water to 95ºC;
  3. Put the coffee in the French press and pour the water over the coffee;
  4. Mix vigorously with a spoon for 5 to 10 seconds;
  5. Leave to infuse for 3'3″;
  6. Place a damp paper filter under the press and press down very slowly, separating the drink from the lees;
  7. Serve when you have finished separating the drink.

PRO TIP: If you want to double the amount of drink, grind it coarser and leave it to infuse for longer.
