Recipe for
Precision Brewer
COFFEE: 40g
WATER: 700g
- Fill the Precision Brewer 700g water. Make sure the machine's filter is working. If you want to take the next step, you can even create your own water recipe.
- Place a paper filter in the filter holder and wet it with hot water so that it adheres well to the surface. Discard the water used in the server.
- Grind 40g of coffee with a medium grind (texture similar to coarse sand). Levels the coffee in the filter to ensure even distribution.
- Program a Precision Brewer to: Bloom time: 2', Brew Temp: 93, and Flow Rate: Fast
- When the extraction cycle has finished, slightly shakes the server to mix the drink and even out the flavors.
PRO TIP: If you increase the water temperature, you increase the bitterness. If you decrease the water temperature, you decrease the bitterness. Experiment, but remember to do it with only one recipe variable at a time.
