BATCH BREW

COFFEE 33g
WATER 550g

  1. Pour 550g of water into the machine's reservoir;
  2. Prepare your Batch Brew machine, filter and server. Wet the filter with water so that it adheres well to the surface;
  3. Moi 33g of coffee - coarse grind;
  4. Discard any server water that has been used to wet the filter;
  5. Put the ground coffee in the filter and start the machine;
  6. This is useful when the coffee grounds have not accumulated any water.

PRO TIP: If the grind is too coarse, there is less resistance to water passing through. To compensate, shake the filter holder to increase resistance.
