Recipe for v60

COFFEE: 15g
WATER: 250g

  1. Heats the water to 93ºC;
  2. Grind the coffee with a medium coarse grind (between fine and coarse salt).
  3. Pour the coffee into the v60 with the previously wet paper filter.
  4. Add 40g of water.
  5. From 30″ to 1′ add up to 150g of water and wait 15″
  6. From 1'15" to 1'45" add the remaining water until you reach 250g.
  7. Gently tilt the v60 to level the bed. of coffee
  8. The water should pass by 2'30"

PRO TIP: If the water takes longer than 2'30" try increasing the water flow slightly in the second pulse instead of changing the grind.
