Natural
Variety: Yellow Obatã
Altitude: 1000 m

FRENCH PRESS

COFFEE: 35g
WATER: 500g

  1. Heat the water to 96ºC;
  2. Grind 35g of coffee - medium/coarse grind (identical to coarse salt);
  3. Place the ground coffee in the bottom of the coffee maker, gently level the coffee bed and pour in 500g of water.
  4. Wait 4 minutes before continuing;
  5. Using two spoons at the same time, remove the top layer of coffee, which we call the crust.
  6. Place the filter on the top of the coffee maker and push the nozzle in gently so as not to create too much agitation.
  7. As soon as the filter has almost reached the coffee bed, it stops.
  8. Pour the drink into a cup

PRO TIP: If you want less body in your coffee, add a paper filter to the metal one in your French press.
