IN 18G - OUT 40G

  1. Grind 18g of espresso coffee and place it in the pre-dried filter holder;
  2. Dispenses the ground coffee into the filter holder;
  3. Use a presser foot to tamp the coffee down evenly;
  4. Release 2" of water flow from the espresso machine unit, then place the filter holder in the unit and start extraction;
  5. Use a scale to weigh out the drink and arrive at the recommended amount. You should extract 40g of drink and the extraction time should be between 25″ and 30".
