Recipe for coffee syrup

INGREDIENTS

  • 250g filter coffee
  • 250g brown sugar

PREPARATION

  1. In a saucepan, mix the sugar and coffee over a low heat, stirring until the sugar dissolves;
  2. Remove from the heat and leave to cool;
  3. Store in a clean jar for up to 2 weeks.
  4. You can use this syrup to enhance the coffee flavor in your more elaborate drinks, where coffee is just one of many ingredients.
