Medium/fine (between espresso and V60 grind)

Temperature: 90 ºC

  1. Place the filter in the Aeropress filter holder and wet it. 
  2. Place the filter holder on the Aeropress body and place it over a server.
  3. Place the coffee in the body and level it. 
  4. Place a second filter on top of the coffee with the help of the plunger. As if the two filters and the coffee in between made a sandwich.
  5. Place the spatula on top of the filter so that it is on top of the coffee.
  6. Gently pour the 150g of water so that the water column remains clean in the Aeropress body
  7. Insert the plunger and gently press for 30 seconds until the end.

PRO TIP: Adjust to your taste by changing the grind. Finer increases intensity, coarser decreases intensity.
