Coffee: 20 g
Water: 120 g + 80 g

Temperature: 85 °C

  1. Place the filter in the filter cap and screw it onto the Aeropress body. Place the Aeropress on top of a server.
  2. 0:00 – Pour 120g of hot water and then agitate for 5″. Place the plunger to prevent water from passing through the coffee bed.
  3. 0:30 - Press the plunger gently for 1 minute until all the water is expelled into the server.
  4. Add 80 to 100g of hot water to the server to reduce the beverage's intensity.

PRO TIP: Instead of the hot water bypass, you can use ice.
