1. grind 20g of espresso coffee and place it in the pre-dried filter holder;
2. Dispense the ground coffee into the filter holder;
3. Press the coffee down evenly with a presser foot;
4. Release 2" of water flow from the espresso machine unit and then place the filter holder in the unit;
5. Use a scale to weigh the drink and arrive at the recommended amount;
6. Insert the filter holder and start extraction;
7. You should extract 45g of drink and the extraction time should be around 35".
PRO TIP: Was the extraction of 45g too fast? You should grind the coffee finer.Did the extraction take longer than 35"? Grind the coarsest coffee until you reach the recipe.
