HARIO V60 2

COFFEE 20g
WATER 320g

  1. Heats the water at 93ºC;
  2. Prepare the V60, filter and server. Wet the filter with the water so that it adheres well to the surface;
  3. Moi 20g of coffee - medium grind;
  4. Discard the water of the server that has been used to wet the filter;
  5. Add the ground coffee in the filter and pours 60 g of water in 10" over the coffee. Make sure the water covers all the coffee;
  6. Wait until 2';
  7. Pour water over the coffee up to 320 gwith the flow pointing towards the center at a speed of 8 grams per second, up to 2'30.
  8. Next stir the coffee, making two circular movements with the V60;
  9. This is useful when the coffee grounds have not accumulated any water.

PRO TIP: Step 7 can be divided by the number of pours you want. The more pours, the more components you extract from the coffee. However, simplifying makes the recipe easier to replicate.
