Recipe for Aeropress

Coffee 20g
Water 250g

  1. Heats water to 85ºC;
  2. Put the paper filter in the filter holder and then fit the filter holder into the aeropress cylinder;
  3. Pour the coffee into the cylinder (the aeropress funnel helps ensure that all the coffee stays at the bottom);
  4. Place a server on a scale, the aeropress cylinder on top and tare the scale;
  5. Start a timer, pour in the 250g of water and make sure all the coffee is wet;
  6. Stir the drink with a spoon for 5″
  7. Then place the plunger in the cylinder to stop the water coming out of the filter holder and wait 2 ';
  8. Remove the aeropress and server from the scale and start pressing slowly until the plunger reaches the end at 2'30″.

PRO TIP: If you want to increase the body of your drink, press the aeropress more quickly.
