V60,

COFFEE 20g
WATER 330g

  1. Heats the water to 93ºC;
  2. Prepare the V60, filter and server. Wet the filter with water so that it adheres well to the surface;
  3. Moi 20g of coffee - medium/coarse grind;
  4. Discard any server water that has been used to wet the filter;
  5. Place the ground coffee in the filter and pour 60g of 10" water over the coffee. Make sure the water covers all the coffee;
  6. Wait up to 1';
  7. Pour water over the coffee up to 330g, without movement, with the flow aimed at the center at a speed of 6 grams per second, until 1'30.
  8. Then stir in the coffee, making two circular movements with the V60;
  9. This is useful when the coffee grounds have not accumulated any water.

PRO TIP: The most important variables (apart from the quality of the ingredients - water and coffee) are the ratio and grind. If you don't think the recipe is perfect for you, change just one variable for the next attempt.
