  1. Fill the Precision Brewer<\/a> 700g water<\/strong>. Make sure the machine's filter is working. If you want to take the next step, you can even create your own water recipe.<\/li>\n
  2. Place a paper filter in the filter holder and wet it with hot water so that it adheres well to the surface. Discard the water used in the server.<\/li>\n
  3. Grind 40g of coffee with a medium grind<\/strong> (texture similar to coarse sand). Levels the coffee in the filter to ensure even distribution.<\/li>\n
  4. Program a Precision Brewer<\/a> to: Bloom time:<\/strong> 2', Brew Temp:<\/strong> 93, and Flow Rate:<\/strong> Fast<\/li>\n
  5. When the extraction cycle has finished, slightly shakes the server<\/strong> to mix the drink and even out the flavors.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

    PRO TIP:<\/strong> If you increase the water temperature, you increase the bitterness. If you decrease the water temperature, you decrease the bitterness.
