The Classic Light Roast Profile was developed for those who want to elevate the extraction of light roast coffees, bringing more brightness, more balanced acidity and more clarity to every cup.

This mineral formula is inspired by the recommendations of Specialty Coffee Association (SCA) and ensures that your coffee expresses its full flavor potential, whether you use a manual method like V60, Chemex or AeroPress, or a domestic filter coffee machine or office.

The perfect combination for ZeroWater filtration systems

For even more consistent results, we recommend starting with ZeroWater filtered water. The 5-step technology removes 99.9% from the TDS, creating a neutral base that is ideal for adding the mineral profile.

Ingredients

• Magnesium sulphate
• Calcium citrate
• Sodium chloride

How it works

1. Fill the container with ZeroWater, distilled or reverse osmosis water;
2. Add 1 stick to the corresponding volume (1 gallon, 5 gallons or 2 liters);
3. Shake for a few seconds;
4. Prepare your coffee however you prefer, at home, in the office or at your company.

A cleaner, brighter cup with the true taste of your specialty coffee.
