All the roasters received the same coffee - a bean selected by Belco, coming from El Salvador, Apaneca Ilamatepec, Ataco and produced by Mauricio Salaverria, from Villa Galicia. From a natural and cultivated process to 1550 meters of altitudeThis coffee has both Bourbon and Marsellesa varieties, and each roaster had to create a roast that highlighted the natural characteristics of the bean without knowing this description.

This box offers a unique insight into how different roasts can transform the same coffee into unique flavor experiences.
