ESPRESSO

  1. Grind 18g of espresso coffee and place it in the pre-dried filter holder; 
  2. Dispenses the ground coffee into the filter holder; 
  3. Use a presser foot to tamp the coffee down evenly; 
  4. Release 2" of water flow from the espresso machine unit, then place the filter holder in the unit and start extraction.
  5. Use a scale to weigh the drink and arrive at the recommended amount; 
  6. You should extract 34g of drink. The extraction time should be around 23".

PRO TIP: If you want more body in your espresso, instead of changing the grind, stop the extraction at 20″.
