WATER: 250g

Temperatura: 94–95 ºC
Idealmente água macia a média (60–100 ppm). Etiópias beneficiam de temperatura mais alta.

  1. Enxagua bem o filtro de papel e pré-aquece o V60 e o servidor.

  2. Coloca o café moído no V60 e nivela suavemente.

  3. 0:00 – Bloom: verte 50 g de água. Mexe levemente para garantir saturação total.

  4. 0:40 — verte até 150 g, em círculos pequenos e controlados.

  5. 1:20 — verte até 250 g, mantendo fluxo constante.

  6. Deixa escorrer naturalmente.

Tempo total alvo: 2:45 – 3:15

Perfil esperado:
Aroma intenso e floral, notas de bergamota, lima e pêssego, doçura de mel, especiaria suave tipo cardamomo, corpo leve-médio e final longo e limpo.

PRO TIP: Se a chávena estiver muito delicada ou ácida, aumenta a dose para 16 g / 250 g mantendo o mesmo método. Isso dá mais estrutura sem matar a elegância do café.
