Precision Brewer

COFFEE: 27g
WATER: 450g

  1. Prepare the conical filter holder of the Sage Precision Brewer with a paper filter. Wet the filter with hot water so that it adheres well to the wall and discard the water from the server;
  2. Moi 27g of coffee - medium grind (like fine beach sand);
  3. Pour the coffee into the filter and level the bed with a gentle touch;
  4. Fill the tank with 450g of water;
  5. Select "My Brew" mode with these parameters:
    Bloom Time: 30 seconds
    Flow Rate: Medium
    Brew Temp: 94ºC
    Preinfusion: ON
  6. Start the extraction. The total time should be between 4:00 and 4:30 minutes;
  7. At the end, gently shake the server to even out the drink before serving.

PRO TIP: The use of preinfusion and a slightly coarser grind helps to control acidity and maintain sweetness. If you want something more full-bodied, you can adjust the grind to a finer touch and reduce the temperature to 93ºC.
