Recipe for Aeropress

IN 11G - OUT 200G

  1. Heats the water to 92ºC;
  2. Put the paper filter in the filter holder and then fit the filter holder into the aeropress cylinder;
  3. Pour the coffee into the cylinder (the aeropress funnel helps ensure that all the coffee stays at the bottom);
  4. Place a server on a scale, the aeropress cylinder on top and tare the scale;
  5. Start a timer, add the 200g of water as quickly as you can and make sure you get all the coffee wet;
  6. Then place the plunger in the cylinder to stop the water coming out of the filter holder and wait 2 '30";
  7. Remove the aeropress and server from the scale and start pressing slowly until the plunger reaches the end at 3'.
